These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the LUXE Esports website, content, and related public services. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

You must be legally able to agree to these terms. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms on your behalf. Separate age and eligibility rules may apply to LUXE community spaces, teams, programs, or events.

You may use the site for lawful personal and informational purposes. Your use must also comply with the LUXE Code of Conduct and applicable community policies when you participate in LUXE-managed spaces.

• Do not impersonate LUXE, its members, partners, or other users.

The site and its original text, design, graphics, code, LUXE names, logos, and brand assets are owned by or licensed to LUXE and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except the limited right to access and use the site under these terms.

Third-party names, games, platforms, media, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.

Creator videos, livestream information, social posts, products, and other third-party material may be displayed through or linked from external services. Those services control their own content, availability, and terms. LUXE does not guarantee that external content or links will remain available, accurate, or suitable for every audience.

Product data and any supported checkout, payment, shipping, returns, taxes, or fulfillment may be provided by Fourthwall or another identified commerce provider. Provider terms and policies apply to transactions completed through that provider. Prices, availability, and product details may change without notice.

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. LUXE does not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or the continued availability of any feature, external service, roster, schedule, creator content, or product.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LUXE and its representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

LUXE may modify, suspend, or discontinue site features and may update these terms. The updated date will appear above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. LUXE may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the organization, or its services.
