    Respect Always

    Treat teammates, staff, fans, community members, partners, and competitors with professionalism and kindness.

  2. 02

    Represent With Pride

    Conduct yourself with integrity on stream, off stream, during competition, in public communities, and in interactions involving LUXE.

  3. 03

    No Toxicity

    Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, targeted abuse, and similar behavior are not tolerated.

  4. 04

    Team First

    Support teammates and fellow members. Communicate, help each other improve, and grow together.

  5. 05

    Stay Accountable

    Own actions, decisions, communication, commitments, and the way you represent LUXE. Work to make mistakes right.

  6. 06

    Professionalism

    Content, gameplay, communication, competition, and public interactions should remain consistent with LUXE values.

    Never Back Down

    Compete fiercely, respect the grind, continue improving, and represent LUXE with confidence, persistence, and integrity.
